2010 Election
As higher education staff and faculty, it is critical that we educate ourselves about where candidates for office stand on the issues that are important to us.
How important does your state representative feel giving pay raises to employees is?
What about their stances on cuts to higher education and job losses?
Does the candidate running for state senate in your district view linking funding to graduation rates as needed, or are they concerned about how that affects quality?
UCW-CWA's 2010 candidate questionnaire serves as a way for you to educate yourself about where the candidates stand on these issues.
Check in here for the latest information on UCW-CWA's work in November's election. We have sent the candidate questionnaire to all Tennessee state house and senate candidates and will be publishing responses on this page as we receive them.
